We are seeking occupational therapists (OTs) to work with clients in various settings including clinics, homes, communities, and online. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team on a part-time contracted basis. There is an anticipated transition to a full-time position within 6-12 months based on performance, cultural competence with neurodivergent communities, and alignment with our company values.

In supporting clients with engagement in their homes, schools, work, and communities, the OT may address support needs related to sensory processing, executive functioning, burnout, energy regulation, understanding of neurodivergence, social and environmental accessibility, social communication, motor coordination, play, vocation, and more. It is never boring!
The following is offered on the condition of maintaining 40 billable hours per month:

This role comes with a high hourly rate for less experienced practitioners, in recognition of the additional time that will be spent on learning and mentorship. We believe in work-life balance and joy, and have an in-house coach to support staff with their professional and personal growth.
